I run Facebook ads and sales funnels for chiropractors to get them new patients…

Let me break everything down for you step by step…

Ad

Research tested Facebook ad optimized to get clicks and to generate as many leads as possible. The ad copy varies along with the offer. My goal has always been to have non-discounted offers so the quality of patient is much higher.

The whole point of the ad is to get as many patients in the door to up-sell them on a care plan.

Landing Page

They go to a sales funnel where they put in their name, email address and phone number for you to contact them to book an appointment. Call/text/email, whatever it takes.

I will send you an automated email and/or text whenever someone opts in so you can contact them as soon as possible.

The quicker you get ahold of them, the better chances you have at closing them on an appointment.

Thank You Page

The thank you page is the last step of the funnel, this page usually has a button that they can click to immediately call you guys (if they opt-in during business hours).

Follow-Up

I send you guys out an email and also a text message with the leads name, email address and phone number.

I also send the potential patient a text message telling them to call ASAP because vouchers are very limited. If you have any testimonial videos, I can text those too. Testimonials help with conversions to appointments booked ratio.

Management Fee:
I charge $1,500 per month for 1 clinic and $1,000 per clinic with 2 or more to create and manage your ads and sales funnel so the everything will perform at the best of it’s ability…

You also take care of ad spend, which will be through your Ads Manager in Facebook and will be taken out of whatever credit card you have on file with them…

Ad Spend: 
I recommend spending $30 per day, which is around $900 on the ad itself per month. If the ads aren’t responding like I want, we’ll spend $20 a day until we find a good audience, then it will go up to $30+. You’ll never spend over $1,000 on the ad itself for the month.

My GOAL is $10 per lead… Which is about 60-90 leads per month… $5 leads, you’re looking at around 120 leads… $20 leads, you’re looking a 30 leads… If we’re getting cheaper leads then you’ll have more opportunities to land more care plan patients!

Depending on how much you charge for a care plan, you SHOULD have a pretty good ROI from my fee and the ad spend to land a few long-term patients.

Most of my clients are getting an average of a 5-1 ROI currently.

Facebook ads is a great tool for generating leads for your practice. Between Facebook ads and Google ads, I was averaging 50+ new patients per month and many of my clients are seeing the same. 

I want you to know something though. I don’t do contracts. I let the results speak for themselves.
